Art that speaks your language

Book in A Box + WanderingModa
Fae Floral Picnic Blanket
Blending storytelling and surface design, this patterned picnic blanket was created for Book in a Box’s November release, Servant of Earth by Sarah Hawley.
The print features toxic blooms (Deadly Nightshade, Wolfsbane, Castor Bean, Hellebore, and Golden Chain Tree), each chosen to mirror the novel’s themes of courtly intrigue and faerie schemes.
Created as part of a reading experience where each chapter revealed a new gift, the collaboration transformed narrative themes into artwork that readers could hold, use, and remember.

PBS Fabrics + WanderingModa
Kudzu: The Weed that Ate the South
Rooted in the wild charm of the American South, Kudzu is a quilting fabric collection that’s part country elegance, part Southern Gothic (and even has a bit of sass, if you know where to look!)
Every scene was drawn by hand while I was living on an island in the South China Sea during quarantine, channeling memories of childhood summers and overgrown landscapes.
Currently licensed with PBS Fabrics, the series transforms nostalgia and nature into richly detailed quilting fabrics that celebrate the beauty and persistence of the South’s most infamous vine.

OwlCrate + WanderingModa
Heartless Hunter oven mitt
When OwlCrate invited me to design a vampire-themed pattern for their Heartless Hunter subscription box, I embraced the challenge of blending dark fantasy with my signature illustrative style. The resulting print reimagined roses and blood drops through a handcrafted lens: ornate, layered, and quietly gothic.
Produced as a heart-shaped oven mitt for OwlCrate’s February box, the design became an instant favorite with subscribers worldwide. This project showcases how storytelling and surface design can merge to create products that surprise, delight, and endure.

ChiAxis + WanderingModa
Suite of 8 Card Frames for Terrus TCG
For Terrus, an upcoming card game from ChiAxis Creative Arts Studio, I was commissioned to design a suite of eight card frames that give visual unity to more than 600 cards.
Each frame (Beasts, Structures, Items, Relics, Resources, Dens, Actions, and Events) was hand-drawn before adding layered photographic elements to create depth, texture, and realism.
The result is a cohesive visual system that helps players instantly recognize card types while enhancing the game’s immersive world.
Terrus is set for release in 2026.
