Hello, I'm Miriam -

Originally from the United States and now creating from my studio outside Barcelona, my artwork is inspired by years spent living in England, Italy, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Spain, as well as my travels through nearly forty countries.

I collect creative techniques like travel souvenirs: from a calligrapher’s stall in Taipei to the stone-mosaic workshops of Rome, from woven baskets of peppercorns in Kampot to a jeweller’s bench in Galle Fort. Each encounter adds new depth and detail to the artwork in my studio.
